RISA’s Philanthropy Through the Years

In 2010, RISA, in cooperation with International Cooperating Ministries (ICM) built a church in Tanzania, Africa. Once where there was a barren field, now stands a brick-and-mortar church where again, families can find food, clothing, shelter, the Gospel, and fellowship.

We have also supported a local charity named Christian Social Services, of Land O’ Lakes, Florida, where families can go to obtain food, discounted clothing, and assistance with utility bill payments, just to name a few services they provide.

Our previous assistance included:

  • Partnering with a micro church in Hamburg, Germany - an off-shoot of The Underground Network Church in Tampa, FL. This micro church provided food, shelter, clothing, and The Gospel to Germans who had never read the Bible.

  • Grace United Methodist Church in Tampa, where each Monday, Grace fed its local community with food received from (Tampa’s) Metropolitan Ministries. RISA paid for the monthly cost of this food for anywhere from 20 to 40 people.
